Minimum Order
- Screen printed and embroidered apparel have a 12 piece minimum.
- Heat pressed apparel have no minimum.
- Minimum for printing items vary.
- Minimum for promotional items vary.
Shipping
- Shipping times vary depending on product, distance, and quantity.
- All rush orders will be included in invoice.
Return Policy
- AdPro promises to resolve any return requests specific to the clients needs.
- AdPro will compensate for orders that do not match the clients request.
- AdPro is not liable for any damages that happen to orders prior to being recieved by client.
Payment Terms
- Visa, Mastercard, and American Express are accepted.
- Discover Card is not accepted.
- Checks, Paypal, and cash are all valid payment methods.
Late Payments
- Payments later then 90 days will include a 1.5% interest added on to the balance, anything longer will be followed up with collections.
Artwork
- AdPro will take 50% down and 50% after on all artwork commissions.
- AdPro claims rights on all in-house produced artwork until client has finalized payment and signed off on said artwork.
- AdPro will pursue legal action against individuals stealing artwork without payment.

- Offices are open 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Mountain Standard Time Mondays through Fridays.
